Newborn mini shoot or full shoot?
After photographing babies for over 10 years, I've refined my style and know what works and what doesn’t with newborn photography. I have two super simple newborn sessions that focus on you and your baby and cater to each family’s time, needs, and budget. Both shoots include the all-important family and sibling photos, individual photos of your baby, plus all those precious close-up details — tiny toes and squishy cheeks!
Newborn Studio Mini – Includes photos of your baby in wrapped/swaddled poses in cute little baskets, plus some unwrapped, natural photos capturing those sweet little yawns, stretches, and hopefully some wide-eyed moments. These run for about one hour in the studio.
Full Studio Newborn – Includes everything the mini shoot does, but more! These sessions add the beautiful, traditional newborn photography poses — those cute squishy poses of babies lying on their tummy, the super sweet womb poses with them all curled up, and the classic black and whites of them gently snuggled in your hands. You’ll have access to more props and styling, and more time is allowed in the studio — up to 2.5 hours.
Both sessions are tailored to you. They can be as classic or relaxed as you like. We allow time before your shoot to discuss your favourite styles and colours, and sessions are baby-led — they are the boss after all!
